WhO are we?
ConSpot is an aspiring news brand that is trying to blur the line between reporting and political activism. We don't want our viewers to just consume the news, but to act on it as well.
What are we looking for?
We want liberal, calls-to-action. Our brand centers around getting people to mobilize towards a certain goal, whether that's donating to a particular charity or calling their representatives.
We require that all information you provide be properly cited (MLA, Chicago, or APA is fine). If there is any original reporting, please provide a forwarding number or address so we may verify it.
The length of an article typically ranges from 100 to 500 words, but may accept longer.
Check out some examples below:
4 Things To Do About The Situation in North Korea.
The HIV Situation in China
How much can you pay, though?
Being a start-up, means that unfortunately we are operating on a shoestring budget.
We pay an average of .01 cents a word.
